Who I Am:
I currently am a full-time graduate student at Rutgers University in New Jersey. I am pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Marketing Research, Insight and Analytics, and a Master of Public Policy in Social Policy. I am a passionate Feminist, LGBT, and progressive activist, and in my spare time I contribute to these causes in several ways, including volunteering for local organizations, donating money, participating in online petitions and email campaigns, and more. I have recently begun to travel to activism conferences and created a blog about my activism as well.
I grew up in Philadelphia. I attended Quaker schools from Pre-K through graduation. I studied Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. After graduation, I moved back to Philadelphia, where I worked and pursued personal projects and activism on the side. After about a year and a half, I decided I was ready to enroll in graduate school. I am a huge fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. I also dabble in photography, and I consider myself a geek.
